Armory Track and Field Center, New York City
Take the New York State Thruway I-87) south and across the Hudson River over the Tappan Zee Bridge. After the bridge, stay on NYS Thruway. Take Saw Mill Parkway South about 8-9 miles when it merges with Henry Hudson Parkway. After a toll bridge, go about 2 miles --as you go under the George Washington Bridge, take exit 14/15 to Riverside Drive south. Turn left at 165th Street, go up hill. Take left at next street which is Fort Washington Ave. Armory will be on the right at first traffic light. (parking lot at Ft. Wash & 165th St.)

Averill Park High School, Gettle Road
Take I-90 East to exit 8 (Defreestville). Ramp becomes Rt. 43. Follow it east about 8 miles. Left on Gettle Road to Averill Park High School.

Ballston Spa High School:
Take Northway (I-87) N toward SARATOGA SPRINGS
Take Exit 12 (RT-67 W), toward BALLSTON SPA.
Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto NY-67 W/ DUNNING ST. Pass through 1 roundabout.
Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto NY-67.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto BALLSTON AVE.
End at 220 Ballston Ave Ballston Spa, NY (Ballston Spa HS)

Bowdoin Park - 85 Sheafe Road, Wappingers Falls, NY (Town of Poughkeepsie)
(NYS Federation Meet & Nike Team Nationals)
Take the Thruway South to Exit 18 (New Paltz-Poughkeepsie). Bear right after toll booth on MAIN ST - go 0.9 mi. MAIN ST becomes RT-299 EAST - go 4.2 mi. Turn Right on US-9W - go 1.8 mi. Continue on US-9W/US-44 - go 0.5 mi. Continue towards RT-55/US-44/MID HUDSON BRIDGE - go 0.4 mi. Continue on US-44 EAST - go 1.8 mi. Bear Right to take US-9 South towards HYDE PARK/WAPPINGERS FALLS - go 5.0 mi. Turn Right on SHEAFE RD - go 2.7 mi to park

Columbia High School - 962 Luther Road, East Greenbush, NY 12061
Take I-90 East toward BOSTON. Merge onto TROY RD / US-4 S via EXIT 9 toward EAST GREENBUSH. Turn LEFT at light onto LUTHER RD / NY-151. The school is 0.7 mi. on the left immediately past I-90 underpass.

Cornell University
Albany, NY is approximately 160 miles east of Cornell University with an estimated driving time of 2 hours 30 minutes.
1. Proceed to NYS Thruway.
2. Take New York State Thruway (I-90) West to Exit 25A (I-88 interchange).
3. West on I-88 for 76 miles to Exit 8 for State Rte. 206 at Bainbridge, NY.
4. West on State Rte. 206 for 25 miles to State Rte. 79 at Whitney Point, NY.
5. West on State Rte. 79 for 28 miles to Ithaca, NY.
6. Turn right onto Pine Tree Road (1.6 miles)
7. Turn left at Dryden Road/Rte. 366 (0.3 miles)
8. From Dryden Road, go straight onto Hoy Road at the flashing light.
9. Follow Hoy Road onto campus.
10. Proceed to first stop sign (the intersection of Campus Rd. and Hoy Rd.). Make a right turn. At the next intersection, go left onto Garden Ave. Look for the east entrance to Barton Hall on the left.

Dartmouth College Leverone Field House - Hanover, NH: From Albany - Follow Route 4 East from Rutland, VT to Quechee. Take Interstate 89 South to Interstate 91 North to Exit 13 in Norwich. Turn right off the exit following the signs to Hanover. Continue across the bridge, and go up the steep hill. At the top of the hill, you'll be in downtown Hanover. Go straight at the first light, past Alumni Gym, and take a right at the second light onto South Park Street. Leverone Field House is located about 200m on your right.

Hudson Valley Community College, Edward McDonough Sports Complex, Troy NY
Take Rt. 378 East. Cross the bridge Over Hudson River and bear right to Rt. 4 south and continue for 1 mile to the campus on your left. Take a left at the light on North Road, which leads to the Edward F. McDonough Sports Complex just beyond large parking lot.

Knox Field, Johnstown Junior High School, Johnstown, NY (400 S Perry St. Johnstown NY 12095)
Follow the Thruway WEST to Exit 28 - Fonda-Fultonville. Take left off Exit 28. Follow to bridge over Mohawk River. Cross bridge and follow to traffic light (Main St.) Take left at light. Follow to Stewarts. Take right on Route 30A and follow north to Johnstown. At South Perry St., take left. Knox Field and Junior High School located in second block.

Mohonasen High School:
Take Northway (I-87) South to I-90 (NYS Thruway) toward Buffalo. Travel approximately 6.4 miles to Exit 25 and merge onto I-890 toward Schenectady/Rt.7/Rt. 146. Take the Rt. 7 exit (Exit 9) toward Rt. 146/Carman Rd./Hamburg St. Stay on Rt.7/Curry Rd to 2072 Curry Rd. and take left into Mohonasen High School.

RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), Troy, NY
Take 787 North to exit 9E for Route 7/Collar City Bridge. Follow Hoosick Street up the hill and turn right after the Troy Plaza Shopping Center at 15th Street. Follow 15th Street; watch for the Troy Armory on your left, just past the walkway over the road. There is a pool is adjacent to the Armory. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Armory or on the street.

Saratoga Spa State Park
I-87 North. Exit 13N. Take Route 9 north for 3 miles to park. Take left at Avenue of the Pines and after approximately one mile look for large open area and adjoining parking lots.

Saratoga Springs High School, 1 Blue Streak Boulevard, Saratoga Springs, NY
Take exit 13N from the Northway (I-87) and proceed north on Rt. 9. At the fifth traffic light (3.2 miles) turn left onto West Fenlon Street. Go through one traffic light at Route 50 and continue to the stop sign. At the stop sign, turn right onto West Avenue. Take first right into the high school.

Queensbury High School, 409 Aviation Road, Glens Falls, New York
Take the Northway (I-87), north to Exit 19. Take left at the exit onto Aviation Road and the high school is the 2nd building on your right.

Union College – Memorial Fieldhouse
From the Northway (I-87) take exit 6 (marked 'Route 7 west'). Follow Route 7 west for 6.5 miles and bear right onto Union Street. Continue on Union Street for 2.8 miles (past campus on your right) and take a right at the light onto Seward Place. Follow Seward Place to stop light and make a right on Nott Street. At the first light, make a right into campus. Take the first left once on campus, park in the lot at your first right (across from the Fieldhouse).

University at Albany, SUNY, Recreation and Convocation Center (RACC), Albany, NY
Take Northway (I-87) south to the end. Take left at end of Northway onto Western Ave. (Rt. 20), passing Stuyvesant Plaza and Fuller Rd. Continue on Rt. 20 until you reach the light for a main entrance to the campus. Take a left at that light and make a left after you enter the campus. Recreation and Convocation Center (RACC) will be on right.

Van Cortlandt Park (Manhattan Invitational)
Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) over Tappan Zee Bridge; go approximately 20 miles after bridge and exit at Van Cortlandt Park South exit. Make right at traffic light, then bear right onto Broadway (you'll be parallel to elevated train). Go through 2 traffic lights and Van Cortlandt Park parade grounds are on right.

Williams College, Williamstown, MA: Take I-787 North to exit 9E for Route 7/Collar City Bridge. Stay on Route 7 east to Route 278 Turn right on Rt. 278 to Route 2. Turn left on Route 2 east to Williamstown. Travel about ½ mile and take a right on Spring St. take a left on Latham St. and look for parking area at Towne Field House.
Alternate Route: From Shaker HS take Rt. 155 and turn right on Rt. 9. Travel 1.5 miles and turn onto NY-7 E. Travel approximately 25 miles and turn right onto NY-22 and travel for 2.2 miles until Left turn onto NY-346 (crossing into Vermont); travel about 7 miles and turn right on Ethan Allen HWY /US-7 Continue to follow US-7 for about 4 miles and then turn left onto MA-2/ Main St. Travel about ½ mile and take a right on Spring St. take a left on Latham St. and look for parking area at Towne Field House. About 45 miles; allow 1 1/4 hours.

Yale University Coxe Cage, New Haven, CT
Take I-90 East toward Boston. As you leave NYS, I-90 becomes the Mass Pike. Continue to Springfield, take Exit 4 onto I-91 and follow it to New Haven. Take Exit 1 (Downtown) off of I-91 and follow Route 34 to the Yale Fields.
