Exam Week Workouts

 

Distance    Coach Schroeder will be there each day 3:00 pm.                             Tuesday and Thursday will be hard group days. 

 

Monday               warm up, stretch, core – 45 minutes with 6 x 50                              @ end

Tuesday              warm up, stretch, strides – 10-8-6-4-2 @ a hard                              pace with 400 jog, cool down and stretch

Wednesday         warm up, stretch, core – 35 minutes with 8                                      downhill strides.

Thursday            warm up, stretch, strides - 7 x 300 (accelerated)                           200 @ 800 pace with 400 jog, cool down and

                           stretch.

Friday                 Easy 35 minutes with stretch and core.

Saturday            On your on, easy run with strides

Sunday                Suburban Championships @ UAlbany  NO BUS

 

 

Sprinters           Coach Joyner will meet you @ 3:00 pm on Monday and                      Wednesday, and @ 2:30 pm on Friday.  Be prepared to

                  run outside.

                  Tuesday and Thursday, on your own with a 25 minute                       run.
